Dumbbell Curls or Synthol? Moustafa Ismail maybe telling tales
Moustafa Ismail has been making global headlines over his enormous 31 inch biceps, but are his arms the cause of strict diet and weight training or the muscle expanding chemical known as Synthol?
The Egyptian born body builder has now made the guinness book of world records for the largest biceps in the world and Ismail credits his massive arms to eating 3lbs of chicken, 1lbs of steak or fish and four cups of almonds washed down with two gallons of water and three litres of protein shakes. He also works out for 3 hours; 5am till 8am.

While this regime would surely give the Moustafa some muscle gains, I find it hard to believe that he got those massive arms from his diet and training alone. The rest of his body seems to be…out of shape. Incase you guys haven’t heard about the muscle expanding oil known as Synthol. You can find out what it does here or you could check out the video below if you can’t be bothered to read.
Do you still think Moustafa Ismail got his biceps from diet and muscle training alone? Check out his video below.
