My gosh what is Sean Penn doing in the gym? I need his exercise program ASAP. The 52 (yes Five TWO) year old actor was spotted on Maui beach showing off his ripped shirtless bod and he looked AMAZING.

Sean recently got ripped for his new movie Gangster Squad and it was such a pay off. Not to mention that long hair…sec-see.
