Confirmed: Nicki Minaj joins the judging panel on American Idol

Ryan Seacrest just confirmed on his facebook page that rap superstar Nicki Minaj will join the American Idol judging panel next season.

Nicki will join fellow superstars Mariah Carey, Keith Urban and Randy Jackson for season 12 of the competition. Seacrest continued “Everyone gave a heartfelt toast about being on the show after we ate last night. Cant wait to see the first contestants today.”
