For a plastic surgeon, Dr Robert Rey looks quite…unimpressive. The Dr 90210 star was spotted on the beach flaunting his shirtless bod in Hawaii today.

Don’t get me wrong, for a man of his age he looks okay, but those pecs are on the verge of moobing out and the blonde highlights and Justin Bieber 2010 hair-do looks somewhat…ridiculous.

While it is unknown if Dr Robert Rey has undergone any plastic surgery of his own, he is certainly trusted by many patients, including several celebrities clients.
