Everyone’s entitled to an off day I guess. Simon Cowell brought out his playful side as he rode a scooter from his hotel to the X-Factor set today.
Maybe it’s just another stunt for ratings/headline, who knows!. He surely looks like he’s having a good time. Wouldn’t y’all like to see Britney on one of these? See more images below
